But I opted to purchase the manufactured version since the one I build will probably not work properly and take me a long time to build.

Apple laptop prediction: Built in 3G Wireless
Since the iPad has paved the way for an AT&T data only plan tied to Apple devices I predict that the next generation of Apple notebooks will have 3G and possibly even GPS built in. It is a definite possibility since the 3G data only wireless infrastructure is set up now.

Best reason to Jailbreak my iPhone. For the last 2 weeks I've been running my iPhone completely through the command line and it's great.
You can't beat the speed and simplicity of running the iPhone OS from
from the command line. Now all the ease of use of DOS and Linux can be
had in the palm of your hand.
